Mike Semmelmeyer, Vice President

Mike Semmelmeyer serves as the Vice President of brokerage services at Main Street Property Services, Inc. He has represented multiple institutional mixed-use developers on urban infill projects that are focused on achieving the highest and best use of their retail space. His industry expertise, paired with strategic merchandising and careful tenant selection, are critical resources for developers, retailers and restauranteurs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Semmelmeyer has been the driving force behind the commercial real estate success of several major mixed-use new development projects and shopping centers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His extensive advisory portfolio consists of real estate titans such as Equity Residential, The Related Companies, Carmel Partners, Lowe Enterprises, Blake Griggs, Wood Partners and Prudential. Some of the most notable projects that Mr. Semmelmeyer has exclusively represented include One Henry Adams, San Francisco; 855 Brannan, San Francisco; 1601 Mariposa, San Francisco; Alta Potrero, San Francisco; Foster Square, Foster City; Atlas, Oakland; and Assembly, Oakland.

An expansive, diversified network of retailers and restaurateurs work closely with Mr. Semmelmeyer in order to maximize the success of each project. He has cultivated significant relationships with many distinguished retailers and restaurants including Boba Guys, Omakase Restaurant Group, Club Pilates, Street Taco, Shiki Japanese, United States Post Office, California College of the Arts, Pizza Squared, The Grove, Studio Montessori, Wells Fargo, Peet’s Coffee and Tea, The District barbers, El Pipila, Stretch Lab, Niku Steakhouse, The Butcher Shop by Niku and more.

Prior to joining Main Street Property Services, Inc., Mr. Semmelmeyer was an air traffic controller with the United States Navy and served in the Honor Guard at Arlington National Cemetery. He received a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award.
