Mike Semmelmeyer is Vice President with Main Street Property Services, Inc. As Vice President of brokerage services, Mr. Semmelmeyer represents institutional mixed-use developers on urban infill projects that are focused on maximizing the value of their retail thoughtful merchandising and careful tenant selection as well as representing retailers and restaurants looking for an understanding of the trade area and the attributes of a successful retail space specific to the tenants’ brand and use.
Mr. Semmelmeyer is a leasing agent on downtown properties and shopping centers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Semmelmeyer has advised clients on the development and remerchandising the retail companies of mixed-use projects including Blake Griggs, Equity Residential, The Related Companies, Wood Partners and Prudential. Some of the projects that Mr. Semmelmeyer has represented include One Henry Adams, San Francisco; 3000 Broadway, Oakland; 855 Brannan, San Francisco; Parc on Powell, Emeryville; 1601 Mariposa, San Francisco; Alta Potrero, San Francisco; and Foster Square, Foster City.
Mr. Semmelmeyer has built relationships with many great retailers and restaurants including Boba Guys, Omakase Restaurant Group, The District Barbers, Truly Mediterranean, Club Pilates, Street Taco, Shiki Japanese, United States Post Office, Potrero Hill Dental, Netra Art Studios, California College of the Arts, Ike’s Sandwiches, Pizza Squared, Whole Cakes and more.
Prior to joining Main Street Property Services, Inc., Mr. Semmelmeyer was an air traffic controller with the United States Navy and served in the Honor Guard at Arlington National Cemetery. Mr. Semmelmeyer is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed real estate agent in California.
Mr. Semmelmeyer lives in Martinez, California with his wife of sixteen years and is a proud parent of an eleven-year-old daughter and expecting a second child.
