Holland Tromblee | Marketing Director

Holland Tromblee is the Marketing Director for Main Street Property Services, Inc. and is instrumental in defining and implementing strategic marketing efforts to maximize Main Street projects’ success in the retail and real estate industry.  As the leader of the company’s marketing and public relations endeavors, her role includes the creation, design and production of marketing materials such as project signage, print advertising, direct mail pieces and brochures tailored to specific projects. She is responsible for all written copy for Main Street Property Services’ company literature including the creation of newsletters, blogs, press releases and the presentation of company proposals.
 
Ms. Tromblee works to develop relationships with local, national and trade press in order to build a market presence for Main Street Property Services’ portfolio.
She manages all aspects of the company image and has worked on building market appeal for Main Street Property Services’ projects by organizing special promotional events and executing guerilla-marketing tactics.

Ms. Tromblee tracks current marketing trends and discovers ways to satisfy new demands. Additionally, she analyzes the current market and has the ability to see unexplored potential, fueling her strategic planning of brand identity. Ms. Tromblee utilizes her knowledge in the creation, organization, and scheduling of marketing campaigns as well as in the event coordination of public events. Ms. Tromblee’s primary goals include defining the market and achieving successful results in reaching her target audience.

Prior to joining the Main Street Property Services team, Ms. Tromblee led the visual merchandising efforts at Williams Sonoma. Ms. Tromblee contributed to marketing and sales campaigns by designing and developing the visual appearance of the store and its merchandise, enriching the overall profitability and performance of the store. With four years of retail and 10 years of customer service experience, Ms. Tromblee understands the essential components of the retail industry and what it takes to develop a memorable shopping experience.

Ms. Tromblee received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design at California State University, Chico and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
